Executive Leadership Cohort
Cohort Description
Effective school leadership requires proficiency across a wide range of responsibilities, and even experienced leaders can benefit from intentional reflection and sharpening. This eight-month cohort is designed for Heads of School who are new to the role, within their first several years of leadership, or transitioning into a different school context or model. Using the Executive Leadership playbook as a framework, the cohort provides practical guidance, strategic best practices, and collaborative encouragement to help leaders grow in character, competence, and capacity as they faithfully advance their school’s mission.
