Cohort Description

This cohort is about financial leadership and creating a roadmap for long-term financial health. At SCL, we are committed to developing thriving CCE schools. Yet too many schools are not prepared to thrive financially, which will impact every other aspect of the vision and mission. We want to fix that! In this cohort, we train leaders in the key principles and practices of sound independent school financial management and leadership. We will cover budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning, dashboards, communication and reporting, fund-raising and more. This cohort will also focus on the Head as the financial leader of the school and how to grow in that vital role.
